President’s Office- “Convention.”
We had our National Convention here in Philadelphia the week of July 21 through July 25. It was a lot of work and I’m proud to say Branch 157 stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. All week long, everyone we talked to, from all over the country, thanked us for a job well done and couldn’t say enough about the good time they were having in our city. We didn’t receive any negative comments. Personally, I would like to thank all our delegates, all the volunteers and all of our executive board for all the hard work they did. Specifically I’d like to thank, Joe Rodgers our Vice President, Geary Wertz our Treasurer/Chief Steward and of course, Denise Dodaro, our Secretary extraordinaire.
