Hello to one and all. what a tough winter season we have been through! We hung in together and Spring is upon us………. I think. This is my first opportunity to address the membership as Health Benefits Rep for Branch 157.  I would first like to say THANK  YOU to each and every one of you.  To all our elected officers of the Branch, CONGRATULATIONS.  Your confidence and trust in me to do the job is greatly appreciated.

HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT (HRA)

The HRA is an online tool that analyzes your health related responses and gives you a personalized plan to achieve your specific health goals.  Your HRA profile provides you information to put you on a path to good physical and mental health. Your personal health information is stored on a secure database.

If you have Self Only coverage with our Plan, when you complete the HRA in 2014, we will enroll you in the CignaPlus Savings discount dental program and pay the Self only CignaPlus Savings discount dental premium for the remainder of the calendar year in which you completed the HRA provided you remain enrolled in our Plan.

If you have Self and Family coverage with our Plan, when at least two family members complete the HRA in 2014, we will enroll you and your covered family members in the CignaPlus Savingsdiscount dental program and pay the family CignaPlus Savingsdiscount dental premium for the remainder of the calendar year in which both HRAs were completed provided you remain enrolled in our Plan

To access “My Health Assessment” follow these steps. 1. Navigate to www.nalchbp.org 2. Under “Health Center” select “Cigna Resouces” 3. Next click myCareAllies.com. 4. Next click take your health assesment.

You will need to register so please have your member card readily available.
