Article 8 Overtime Assignments (M-01886)
In the memorandum of understanding (MOU) Re: Article 8.5.C.2 Overtime Assignments (Revised Language) (M-01886), NALC and the U.S. Postal Service agree that absent local agreement to apply the new provisions of Article 8.5.C.2.e and 8.5.C.2.f of the 2016-2019 National Agreement earlier than Oct. 1, 2017, these provisions will be effective Oct. 1, 2017.
